We are a venture company built on the belief that the future of real estate starts with innovation at the foundation. Our flagship investment is a modular container factory in Hermosillo, Mexico, designed to deliver high-quality, scalable building solutions that power projects across Mexico and the United States.

Our founders bring together decades of experience in real estate and a shared drive to do things differently. One recognized the need for fresh, forward-thinking solutions in an industry that too often relies on outdated practices. Another came from a background where innovation was held back—and set out to break those limits by driving meaningful change. We are looking to not only build projects, but also to create lasting impact on communities and the way we live.

  • Founder

    Evan is the Founder of Tudo Capital, where he leads the design and production of all of our projects. With 15+ years in real estate investing and over $700M in transactions, he combines his Wharton MBA in Real Estate Finance & Entrepreneurship with hands-on industry experience to deliver smarter, scalable housing solutions.

  • President & Head of Factory Operations

    Diego brings 12+ years of experience in real estate construction and prefab manufacturing, having managed over 50 commercial projects, including 8 as General Contractor. As former Plant Manager at Trabis Concrete, he oversaw more than 1B MXN in annual structural concrete production and contributed to major works like the 18,000-seat Estadio Sonora. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from ITH, Diego now leads factory operations, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every module produced.


  • SVP USA Operations

    Karl brings over 20 years of experience in construction, design, and project management, with a proven track record leading build-outs for more than a dozen national restaurant and franchise brands. He has overseen everything from new store development and large-scale renovations to multi-brand expansion strategies, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Before joining Tudo Capital, Karl held senior leadership roles at Cold Stone Creamery/Kahala Brands, Due North Holdings, and Hissho Sushi, where he directed design, construction, and equipment programs across hundreds of locations. A U.S. Air Force veteran and FAA-licensed Airframe & Powerplant technician, Karl now leads U.S. operations, driving quality, efficiency, and seamless delivery for clients.
